The AgriFuture Educational Institute aims to connect, inform and inspire the next generation of farmers, ranchers and all people involved in agriculture.
Don’t miss Tim the Dairy Farmer at AgriFuture May 20! He is definitely not a motivational speaker. Tim is a Florida dairy farmer and comedian. His experiences on and off the farm help him bring out the humor of everyday rural life. His television credits include CMT, Last Comic Standing, FOX and a live stream from a Family Reunion. Tim can be heard regularly on SiriusXM radio. Most recently, he was signed by famed comedian Larry the Cable Guy to produce Tim’s album “Farm Raised.”
The New Mexico Department of Agriculture and a dozen other New Mexico agencies and agriculture organizations host AgriFuture for future agriculturists. This event is geared toward anyone 18 to 40 years of age but is open to anyone older or younger who is interested in being a part of the future of agriculture. Current producers of any age are highly encouraged to join alongside future producers to learn and share insights. Veterans of the armed forces are encouraged to attend. With over 150 attendees expected, the conference will feature a farm-to-table opening reception with the Farmer’s Daughters, breakout sessions, educational agricultural speakers, dinner with mentors, networking opportunities and more.
“Future” ag producers may attend for $50, which includes a two-night hotel stay. “Current” ag producers and mentors may attend for $100 and must pay for their hotel stay. Exhibitor booth space is available for $250.
