EPA Restricted, General, or NM Restricted
Some pesticides are restricted to certified applicators only. Pesticides may be restricted by either US EPA or by New Mexico. EPA-restricted pesticides are marked RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDE on their labels. For information on NM-restricted pesticides see Restricted-Use Pesticides (21.17.56 NMAC).
