The New Mexico Department of Agriculture is responsible for the administration of over 30 state statutes and the rules and regulations promulgated under them. The statutes and rules made available here are for the public’s convenience and are meant to be used only as a reference. The department has made every effort to accurately reproduce these statutes here but they are not the official statutes of the state. NEW RULES

Organic Agriculture 21.15.1 NMAC [1]

After many collaborative listening sessions with the organic community, the department has developed a new fee schedule, effective January 1, 2018.

Pasteurized Milk Ordinance 21.34.3 NMAC [2]
