The Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), 14-2-1 through 12 NMSA, embodies New Mexico’s policy of open and transparent government. It does this by providing the public with a broad right to inspect public records. The New Mexico Department of Agriculture is fully committed to honoring both the letter and spirit of the Act.
